He has more than his share of enemies within the organization, and, truly, it was only a matter of time until one of them risked discovery and disfavor for the promise of... what? Wealth? Surely not a better position elsewhere. Defectors hardly ever escaped with their lives. Perhaps it was merely the satisfaction of making life difficult for L.

Is he still being underestimated? Troublesome. He'll have to make an example of this one, he supposes. An unfortunate necessity, but at least time spent taking down scum is time not spent victimizing the innocent.
